Mentoring offers a sustained and personal space for reflection, orientation and discernment when a question, period of change or emerging direction benefits from being followed over time.
Through reflective dialogue, the work supports clearer perception of the situation, discernment in complex or uncertain moments, and the development of your own judgement and inner authority.
Available online or in person, as a short series or longer process.

How the Work Is Held
Across these different contexts, certain qualities remain consistent. The work is attentive, structured and warm. It combines perceptive depth with respect for individual agency, allowing room for considered inquiry, silence, lightness and the complexity of lived experience.
Relationship matters. I hold the wider picture in view while each person or group develops their own understanding and direction.
The work is reflective and educational in nature and does not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic care.
