Knowledge, lived.

From many sources, one river.

20+ years of practice · International training and practice · Thousands of people guided · Direct study with Andean wisdom keepers

What you encounter when you work with me is not a method, a lineage or a tradition. It is a presence shaped by lived experience, deep practice, and genuine encounter with teachers, traditions and thousands of people, across nearly two decades and three continents.

The paths I have walked have been generous teachers, each one beautiful in itself, each one offering a different facet of wisdom and a different way of recognising myself.

And who arrives is simply: Maria Clara.

I bring gratitude and the warmth of meeting you for the very first time.

The Living Wisdom of the Andes

My formation within the Andean wisdom traditions is rooted in my learning with Q'ero and Cusco wisdom keepers who carry these teachings across generations: Don Martín Pinedo, Doña Asunta Quispe (daughter of Don Manuel Quispe), Don Francisco, Don Pascual, Don Juan, Don Wilbert, Don Mariano Quispe Flores, Don Humberto Soncco, Doña María Sánchez, Don El Chino, Don Sebastian Samata Lunasco, and Dhenya Suárez Medina., among those with whom I have sat, learned and received.

I also studied with Vilma Pinedo Sánchez, founder of Nunawana and daughter of Don Martín Pinedo, who carries and shares Andean wisdom in a deeply rooted, compassionate and noble way. Her mother, Doña María Sánchez, daughter of Don Benito Qoriwaman, is among the keepers of this lineage and one of the teachers I had the privilege to learn from.

Theirs is a wisdom that cannot be reduced to methods: a living responsibility, sustained through their families and communities and carried across generations. even as people from all over the world come to learn from them.

To the grandmothers and grandfathers of the Andes, my ancestors in South America, and the many others not named here who sustain the path: my deep gratitude and respect for your legacy.

This path has been lived in the sacred landscapes of the Andes: the Sacred Valley, Lake Titicaca, Ausangate, Pachatusan, the Amazon, and other places of power that have held and shaped this transmission across generations.

Consciousness, the Body and Inner Change

Since 2017, I have sat in stillness with Dr. Joe Dispenza in seminars across Romania, Germany, Croatia, Italy and Switzerland, from a gathering of 400 people in Bucharest to 8,100 people from 80 countries in Basel in 2024. I have also joined quieter settings: walking meditations on the Dutch coast and practice groups in Düsseldorf.

What this work gave me was a deeper interest in the relationship between thought, belief, feeling and the body, and a lived understanding of how genuine change asks for inner work, dedication and commitment. And something else: the beauty of being part of an international community of people discovering their own potential.

The Four Winds Society

Training, Practice and Teaching · 2009–2025

For over a decade and a half, I trained, practised and taught within The Four Winds Society, an international educational programme founded by Dr. Alberto Villoldo. My formation included the full curriculum and advanced master certificate, expeditions to sacred sites in Peru and Chile, advanced studies in energy medicine, and the Dying Consciously teacher training on accompanying loss and endings.

Over time, my responsibilities grew from academic advising, student support and private consultations into teaching, mentoring and faculty leadership. I eventually served as Lead Faculty of the German-speaking team, also overseeing faculty development and regional teams across Europe, and accompanied thousands of practitioners in German, English and Spanish through residential and online programmes and seminars.

Beyond teaching, I held organisational responsibility from 2013 onwards: representing the school in Germany, coordinating the sacred expeditions and the Private Consultation Programme, in which I also worked as a Senior Practitioner, and mentoring the advisory and sales teams. I served alongside Dr. Villoldo at his European retreats and conferences, and in 2023 led a weekend seminar in Rosenheim on his behalf. Within the team, I came to be regarded as a pillar of the work, a trust I received with gratitude.

My gratitude goes to Dr. Alberto Villoldo and his wife Marcela Lobos, to the Academic Advisors, the Younity team, PSI Verein, every colleague, student and faculty member who walked this path with me over the years.

The Núñez del Prado Paqo's Lineage

My study of the Andean mystical tradition with Juan Núñez del Prado and his son Iván helped me understand, from within, the roots of everything I had already lived.

Juan is the son of Oscar Núñez del Prado Castro, one of the first professional anthropologists of Peru, whose work opened a sustained bridge between the Q'ero tradition and the wider world and documented the myth of the return of the Inkari. Juan himself has dedicated fifty years to the living Andean cosmovision.

My training with them spans the three paths of the Hatun Karpay, the Great Initiation of the Inka: Phaña, the right-side path, through the teachings of Don Benito Qoriwaman; Chaupy, the central path, through the teachings of Don Andrés Espinoza, Q'ero Altomisayoq; and Lloqe, the left-side path, through the teachings of Don Melchor Deza and Tata Lorenzo.

This training, rooted in the principles of Ayni and Kausay Puriy, walking life with full attention and awareness, represents a lineage transmission across three generations. I received this training online, first in English and later repeated in Spanish.

Remember your Heart

No single teacher contains it all. We each have something to offer.
And when we meet in that spirit of kindness, something genuine can flower.
When we share from who we are, the great garden of life blooms in all its colours.

To everyone who has crossed my path, and to all the guardians of ancestral wisdom,

everyone who carry these living traditions forward: thank you.
