Mentoring offers a structured space for reflection and orientation in moments when clarity cannot be borrowed and must emerge from within.

Session support individuals navigating transitions, complex decisions, or situations where familiar roles and strategies no longer provide direction.

●  Leadership Dialogue & Institutional Work
Reflective dialogue is also offered for founders, executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals navigating complex responsibilities and strategic transitions. 

 

Each session offers a dedicated space to think carefully about complex situations, recognise their deeper structure, and arrive at reflective judgment before action. 

Strategic reflection sessions are arranged individually. Fees are shared upon enquiry​​​​​

●  Corporate, Institutional, or Commissioned work  

Maria Clara also collaborates with organisations and institutions through lectures, workshops, and reflective dialogue formats.

Engagements are arranged depending on context and scope.
