A single session for an important question, decision, or point of reorientation.
We look closely at what is at stake, the elements shaping the matter beneath the surface, and where your attention is most usefully placed.
You leave with a considered understanding of the question and one or two practices for continued reflection.

An extended session for a question or transition that calls for more than conversation alone.
The session moves through three distinct phases: reflective dialogue, symbolic practice informed by Andean frameworks, and integration. Each offers a different way of engaging with the same enquiry.
The final phase brings the work into everyday life through simple, grounded practices that can be carried after the session.
No previous experience with symbolic or Andean practice is required.

Leadership Dialogue

For founders, executives, senior professionals and others carrying significant responsibility.
The conversation steps outside the pace of operational life to examine a complex question with sustained attention. Particular attention is given to what is difficult to see from within the role.

Symbolic & Andean Wisdom Practices
Ayni Session
60 minutes
An individual session grounded in Ayni, the Andean principle of reciprocity. The work attends to relationship and exchange between a person, their experience, other people, circumstance and the wider living world, drawing on Yachay, Munay and Llankay: mind, heart and grounded participation.
Ayni sessions may accompany completion, integration, a significant passage, or a wish to explore the quality of reciprocity within a particular area of life.
Available individually or as part of a longer engagement.

Haywarikuy . Individual
90 to 120 minutes
An individual Haywarikuy ceremony centred on offering, gratitude, reciprocity, and living connection.
Together, you and Maria Clara create a Despacho using seeds, flowers, herbs, and symbolic elements, arranged with intention according to Andean ceremonial practice.
Haywarikuy may mark a threshold, honour a beginning, give expression to gratitude, or bring a cycle to completion.

Day Seminar

A focused day devoted to a particular theme within Andean wisdom and its relevance to contemporary life. Teaching, dialogue, symbolic practice, and direct experience are brought together within a carefully held educational setting.
Weekend Seminar

An immersive weekend exploring selected principles of Andean practice, including sacred reciprocity, symbolic offering, and ancestral memory. Each seminar is complete in itself while belonging to a wider series.

Individual sessions can stand alone. Where continuity is useful, its rhythm and duration are shaped by the nature of the work.
