Haywarikuy means "offering" in Quechua: to share with the living sacred. It is the ancestral ceremony of the Andes, practiced continuously for more than three thousand years, and the heart of María Clara's engagement with Andean wisdom. Her direct practice within Q'ero and Cusco lineages spans more than two decades of in-person learning in Peru.

The work in this section moves across several formats. Each one is reflective and educational in nature, offering a space of quiet depth where ancestral principles can be lived rather than studied.

Ayni Session · Individual

Ayni is the Andean principle of sacred reciprocity: the conscious quality of exchange between a person and their life, their relationships, and the wider world. When Ayni is present, energy flows freely.

​

This individual session offers a personal space to sense and work with the quality of your own energy. Together, we gently locate where movement flows and where it has become slow or contracted. The work includes attention to the three centers of Andean understanding: Yachay, the clarity of mind; Munay, the quality of the heart; and Llankay, the capacity for grounded action in the world.

It creates conditions for awareness, for sensing what is present, and for restoring a quality of inner flow that is already yours.

Haywarikuy · Individual Ceremony

The Haywarikuy is a complete ceremony of gratitude, reciprocity, and living connection. In this individual session, you and María Clara create a Despacho together: a sacred offering bundle whose elements, seeds, flowers, herbs, leaves and symbolic forms, are arranged with intention, like a mandala, as a living prayer.

This ceremony can accompany a moment of transition or new beginning, an act of deep gratitude, a release, or simply the desire to make contact with the living cosmos in a deliberate and respectful way. It is both an ancient form and a deeply personal one.

​

The session opens with a brief conversation to orient the intention. The ceremony itself unfolds with the building of the Despacho, each element placed with care and awareness. Once complete, the offering is released to the elements, burned, buried, or returned to nature, while the intention continues as part of your living relationship with the world. The session closes with a period of integration and reflection.

Mentoring · 3-Phase Process

This individual session is designed for people at a genuine turning point: a transition, a reorientation, or a moment when familiar ways of acting or deciding no longer apply. It brings together reflective accompaniment, ceremonial awareness, and practical integration in a single structured space.

The session unfolds in three phases.

​

Mentoring and Orientation. The session begins with a reflective conversation oriented toward locating your current inner position: where you stand in relation to your situation, your direction, and your sense of meaning. This phase supports the capacity to gain perspective before deciding how to act.

​

Ceremonial and Symbolic Practice. As internal orientation becomes clearer, the session may move into a ceremonial and symbolic space, drawing on Andean frameworks. This phase turns attention toward dimensions of experience not accessible through dialogue alone: how awareness is presently held, where movement feels constrained, how vitality and direction relate to current patterns. Open to anyone, regardless of prior experience or spiritual background.

 Integration.  What has emerged through the session takes form when it is embodied in daily life. This phase supports the translation of new awareness into realistic practices, small and grounded, that can be carried independently after the session.

This opening seminar introduces the foundational principles woven through all Andean practice: gratitude as orientation, release as renewal, and the threshold between what has been and what is beginning. Through guided reflection, symbolic exercises, and an introductory ceremony, participants explore how ancestral gestures can become a living part of contemporary life.

This seminar is suitable as both a first encounter with this work and as a grounding return for those who have practiced before.

The Despacho is a symbolic language. Each element carries meaning; each gesture is an act of communication with the living cosmos. This weekend deepens the understanding of what an offering actually says: how its elements relate to the Andean cosmovision, what each layer of the ceremony corresponds to in inner and outer life, and how symbolic thinking can sharpen attention in daily experience.

Ancestral memory shapes how we relate to life, to others, and to ourselves, often in ways we have never made conscious. This seminar offers a space to honor what has been transmitted across generations: the gifts, the unresolved, and the unnamed. Through reflection and ceremony, participants are invited to acknowledge what they carry, to offer gratitude to those who came before, and to make a collective Despacho for the ancestors.

This weekend closes the series with a ceremony of particular depth and collective resonance.

About This Work

María Clara's engagement with Andean wisdom traditions spans more than two decades of direct practice with Q'ero and Cusco lineage holders in Peru. The Haywarikuy stands at the centre of her practice. She has shared this ceremony and these principles in individual sessions, group formats, and seminar contexts across Europe, Latin America, and North America, working in German, English, and Spanish.
