Two decades of formation, teaching and accompaniment across three continents, as a Teacher and Mentor.
What you encounter when you work with me is not a method, a lineage, or a tradition. It is a presence shaped by many years of deep formation, lived experience and genuine encounter with teachers, traditions and thousands of people. The lineages I have walked inform
how I listen, how I perceive, and how I create space. But what arrives is simply: Maria Clara.
The Living Wisdom of the Andes
My formation within the Andean wisdom traditions is rooted with the Q'ero and Cusco Andean wisdom keepers who carry these teachings across generations. Among those with whom I have sat, learned and received, I carry deep gratitude toward: Don Martín Pinedo, Doña Asunta Quispe, Don Francisco Chura Flores, Don Pascual, Don Juan, Don Wilbert, Don Mariano Quispe Flores, Don Humberto Soncco, Doña María Sánchez, Don Porfirio Siqueiro Pinares, El Taitillo Altomesayoq Don Sebastian Samata Lunasco, and Dhenya Suárez Medina.
I also studied with Vilma Pinedo Sánchez, founder of Nunawana and daughter of Don Martín Pinedo, who carries and shares the Andean wisdom in a very rooted, compassionate and noble way. Her mother, Doña María Sánchez, daughter of Don Benito Qoriwaman, is among the keepers of this lineage and one of the teachers I had the privilege to learn from. I hold deep respect and gratitude for their legacy as native Quechua healers and carriers of wisdom that does not translate into methods, but rather into living responsibilities for their families, communities, and the sustaining across generations of thousands of people all over the world who have come to learn from them, while they remain grounded, humble and connected to their Quechua culture and origins.
To the grandmothers and grandfathers of the Andes, to our ancestors of the land of South America: my gratitude for your generosity in teaching me with such warmth and for accompanying me through so many stages of my life. And to the many others not named here, who walk alongside their elders, and to the wives, children and families who sustain the path so that these ancient traditions may spread with sacred respect.
This path has been lived in the sacred landscapes of the Andes: the Sacred Valley, Lake Titicaca (Perú), the Ausangate, Pachatusan, the Amazon, and other places of power that have held and shaped this transmission across generations.
Consciousness, the Body and Neuroscience
I have joined Dr. Joe Dispenza's seminars and meditations in Romania, Germany, Croatia, Italy and Switzerland, whose work bridges neuroscience, quantum physics and the direct experience of transformation. This strand of my formation informs my understanding of how inner states actually change, how the body holds and releases patterns, and how a person can step into a genuinely different relationship with time, memory and possibility.
The Four Winds Society — Shamanic and Energy Medicine Training (2009–2025)
For over a decade and a half, I trained and taught within The Four Winds Society, a major international educational programme that synthesises Andean and Amazonian healing traditions with contemporary understanding of neuroscience, medicine and human transformation, founded by Dr. Alberto Villoldo. My formation included the full curriculum and advanced master certificate, expeditions to sacred sites in Peru and Chile, advanced studies in energy medicine, and a progressive teaching path that led me to serve as Lead Faculty of the German-speaking team, the most senior teaching role within that regional programme. I taught thousands of practitioners across Europe, in German, English and Spanish, over residential and online programmes, seminars, conferences and sacred expeditions.
My gratitude extends to Dr. Alberto Villoldo and his wife Marcela Lobos, to the entire team, to every student I had the honour to teach and accompany, to the Academic Advisors, to the Younity team, to PSI Verein, to the coordinators, assistants and all those who worked behind the scenes and alongside me in so many roles and responsibilities over the years. To the many colleagues and fellow faculty members who walked this path with me, and to all those who opened their doors and their hearts to this work: thank you. I remember Dr. Villoldo once saying that the school is like an incubator of condors. It was an honour to serve an institution of such international scope. And as condors do, there comes a moment to spread one's own wings and continue flying in one's own skies. That moment came for me.
It is impossible to name here all the work, the devotion, and the wholehearted dedication poured into so many tasks over more than a decade. But if I had to say it in one word, it would be: gratitude.
The Núñez del Prado Lineage
My study of the Andean mystical tradition with Juan Núñez del Prado and his son Iván represents a separate and distinct lineage. Juan is the son of Oscar Núñez del Prado Castro, one of the first professional anthropologists of Peru and the man who opened a sustained bridge between the Q'ero tradition and the wider world, documenting the myth of the return of the Inkari. Juan himself has dedicated fifty years to the living Andean cosmovision and is considered one of its foremost living authorities. He and Iván have been initiated paqos for over forty years and altomisayoqs for thirty.
My training with them spans the three paths of the Hatun Karpay, the Great Initiation of the Inka: Phaña (the right-side path, through the teachings of Don Benito Qoriwaman), Chaupy (the central path, through the teachings of Don Andrés Espinoza, Q'ero Altomisayoq), and Lloqe (the left-side path, through the teachings of Don Melchor Deza and Tata Lorenzo). This training, rooted in the principles of Ayni and Kausay Puriy: walking life with full attention and awareness, represents a lineage transmission of three generations, received online in English and later repeated in Spanish.

To all the people I have met over these last twenty years, across travels, encounters and lived experiences that words cannot fully hold: thank you. You are woven into this work in ways that cannot always be named, but are always felt.
Since 2025 I am based in the Netherlands. After more than two decades of formation, teaching and accompaniment across three continents, I now dedicate myself fully to my own independent work. What has grown from this journey can be found throughout these pages.
