Work with me
Spaces for clarity and inner leadership at moments of change
Transitions
Threshold Moments and Life transitions
There are moments when something has already shifted, before anything is visible from the outside.
Some transitions begin with a quiet sense that something no longer fits: a role that has been outgrown, a direction that no longer provides orientation, a phase of life that has quietly ended. Others unfold through loss, separation, illness, displacement, or a decision that can no longer be postponed.
What they have in common is this: the familiar map no longer organises experience. And what comes next is not yet clear.
People come at these moments to understand where they stand. T
he work supports orientation when clarity must emerge from within.
This includes moments when:
-
a life phase has ended and the next has not yet taken shape
-
continuing as before carries an increasing internal cost
-
familiar roles or structures no longer feel adequate
-
a change is felt internally before it becomes visible externally
-
decisions must be made without guarantees
-
something significant needs to be closed, integrated, or released
Roles evolve, structures shift, and the path forward cannot be determined through external expectations alone. This work accompanies individuals and groups in these transitional spaces, supporting orientation when the old map no longer holds.
Leadership
Reflective Dialogue for Leaders
Leaders, founders, executives, and professionals carrying significant responsibility often find themselves in environments where there is little space for deep reflection. Decisions must be made quickly, appearances of clarity are expected, and most conversations are operational.
This work offers something different: a structured reflective space outside operational pressure, where the underlying patterns, assumptions, and structural dynamics of a situation can be examined with honesty.
The dialogue supports leaders in recognising the deeper structure of what they are facing, so that reflective judgement and clearer action can emerge from a more grounded internal orientation.
This is particularly relevant in:
-
moments of leadership transition and shifts in responsibility
-
decisions that carry ethical or relational weight
-
moments when the usual frameworks no longer provide sufficient clarity
-
situations requiring discernment rather than speed
-
the need for a reflective space free from leadership demands
Dialogue
Educational Talks & Reflective Learning Spaces
Maria Clara designs and leads talks, seminars, and workshops for organisations, cultural institutions, and international audiences.
These formats explore themes such as presence, orientation, discernment, and self-leadership in moments of change, as lived structure rather than theory.
Through reflective dialogue and experiential learning, participants are invited to deepen perception, recognise what is already present in their situation, and reconnect with their own voice and direction.
Formats include:
-
public lectures, online or in person, two to three hours
-
educational workshops, half day to full weekend
-
extended immersive programmes, up to six days
-
organisational and institutional engagements
Symbolic & Andean Wisdom Frameworks
Cultural and Symbolic Education
This work draws on more than two decades of direct formation within living Andean wisdom traditions, developed through sustained practice, study, and respectful transmission across multiple contexts and countries.
Symbolic practices such as the Haywarikuy offering are explored within a reflective and educational framework, as pedagogical languages: ways of thinking, sensing, and reflecting that support meaning-making, the closing of cycles, and reconnection with what is essential.
What is shared has been received with care, carried with respect, and offered within a professional, educational, and non-dogmatic context.
This dimension of the work is present in:
-
in-person weekend workshops and intensives
-
ceremonial closing formats within longer processes
-
individual sessions where symbolic framing supports integration
-
dedicated workshops on Andean symbolic practices (in development)
No prior knowledge, belief, or experience with ancestral traditions is required.
Mentoring
Orientation. Discernment. Meaning
Mentoring offers a more personal space for reflection and orientation, for individuals navigating moments of transition, important decisions, or situations where familiar strategies no longer provide clarity.
It is a form of reflective dialogue that supports awareness, discernment, and autonomous decision-making within an educational context.
The work accompanies individuals in:
-
deepening perception of their situation
-
strengthening discernment in complex or uncertain moments
-
reconnecting with their own voice and inner authority
-
making decisions that feel internally coherent
Mentoring is available online or in person, individually, as a short series, or as part of a longer reflective process.
How the Work Is Held
Across all formats, the work is held in the same way.
It is reflective and pedagogical in nature. It supports awareness, ethical clarity, and autonomous decision-making. It is structured and attentive, offering precise questioning and careful dialogue in individual and small group settings.
The work is offered within an educational context and does not replace medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
Sessions and workshops are available in person in Europe and online internationally.
