For moments when life is changing before the way forward is fully known.
Some changes are immediately visible. Others begin quietly: a chapter approaching completion, a different relationship to work or place, an important choice, or the first indication of a possibility that has not yet found form.
The work offers time, structure and a deeply attentive relational space to understand what is changing, what remains significant, what is emerging, and what deserves participation now.

Reflective Dialogue for Leaders
Many conversations focus on speed and decisions. This work first gives the situation enough attention to become more legible. Connections between elements that seemed separate can become visible, allowing the question itself to change and a broader basis for meaning to emerge.
This work is for founders and senior executives who are willing to slow down long enough to see what is actually there. Sessions run from 90 minutes to several hours, as long as the question actually requires.
The conversation is precise and human. Nothing is added that isn't already present. You leave with your own clarity.

Cultural and Symbolic Education
Andean Wisdom · Individual Practice · Seminar Series
This work draws on more than two decades of direct formation within living Andean wisdom traditions, developed through sustained practice, study, and respectful transmission across multiple contexts and countries.
Haywarikuy and other symbolic practices are approached as living languages through which gratitude, reciprocity, completion, participation and relationship with the natural world can be explored. Ayni, the Andean principle of reciprocity, provides an important connective thread across this work.
What is shared has been received with care, carried with respect, and offered within a professional, educational, and non-dogmatic context.

Orientation. Discernment. Meaning
Individual accompaniment for questions that require continuity.
Mentoring offers a sustained and personal space for reflection, orientation and discernment, for individuals navigating a significant question, period of change, or emerging direction.
Through reflective dialogue within an educational context, the work supports:

discernment in complex or uncertain moments

the development of the person's own judgement and inner authority

autonomous decision-making
Sessions allow what is being lived to be followed over time, with room for reflection, integration and continuity.

Seminars
Educational Talks & Reflective Learning Spaces
Maria Clara designs and leads talks, seminars, and workshops for organisations, cultural institutions, and international audiences.
These formats bring together reflective inquiry, lived experience and selected themes from Maria Clara's wider body of work. They explore presence, orientation, discernment and self-leadership at moments of change, as lived structure rather than theory.
The emphasis is participatory: ideas are explored through dialogue, careful observation and reflective practice rather than presented as abstract concepts alone. Participants are invited to deepen perception, recognise what is already present in their situation, and develop their own voice and sense of direction.
Formats include:

How the Work Is Held
Across these different contexts, certain qualities remain consistent. The work is attentive, structured, warm and educational in nature. It combines perceptive depth with respect for individual agency, allows time for considered inquiry, and makes room for silence, lightness and the complexity of lived experience.
Relationship matters. I hold the wider picture in view while each person or group develops its own understanding and participation. The work is offered within an educational context and does not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic care.
Sessions, seminars and workshops are available in person across Europe and online internationally.
