When What Worked No Longer Works

At the Point of Transition

There are moments when what once guided you no longer holds in the same way.

Not because something is wrong, but because something is changing at a deeper level.

Externally, everything may still appear unchanged. Internally, something is asking for reorientation.

You are no longer where you were. And what comes next is not yet clear.

This is a threshold.

What this is

This work is not a method. It is not based on advice, interpretation, or direction.

It is a way of seeing.
A way of recognising what is already taking place
when a person is at a real point of transition.

As the process unfolds, a person may begin to recognise their own voice
not as something constructed, but as something already present.

From there, a different relationship to decision becomes possible,

no longer dependent on external validation.

A key distinction

There is a difference between:

moving through a transition
and being at the point of transition

One unfolds over time.
The other indicates where you are within it.

This distinction matters.

Because orientation does not come from knowing what to do, but from recognising your position.

What happens at the Threshold

In these moments:

– what once guided you no longer holds in the same way
– familiar structures reach their limits
– external reference points no longer provide orientation
– a new place to stand is not yet clear

This is not simply confusion.

It is a structural moment
in which the previous form no longer organises experience,
and the next has not yet taken shape.

The Work

This is not about providing answers.

It is a space in which what is already present can become visible,
where automatic patterns begin to pause, and experience reorganises into orientation.

The 7 Movements of a Threshold

1–3

THE THRESHOLD

4–7

Over 6 weeks, this work unfolds as a way of recognising what is already present.

Three central movements organise the work:

Recognising the shift
What no longer holds becomes visible

Finding position
Your position becomes clearer

Deciding without guarantees
Movement takes form without external validation

This is not a progression to follow, but a structure through which experience becomes more legible.

Who this is for

For those who find themselves at a real point of transition:

– when something still functions, but no longer as it did
– when continuing as before is no longer sustainable
– when familiar reference points no longer provide orientation
– when direction cannot be borrowed

Not because something is wrong, but because something is changing at a deeper level.
