When What Worked No Longer Works
At the Point of Transition
A 6-week online programme . English & German
There are moments when what once guided you no longer holds in the same way.
Not because something is wrong, but because something is changing at a deeper level.
Externally, everything may still appear unchanged. Internally, something has already shifted.
You are no longer where you were. And what comes next is not yet clear.
This is a threshold.
What this is
This work is not a method. It is not based on advice, interpretation, or direction.
It is a way of seeing - a way of recognising what is already taking place
when a person is at a real point of transition.
This work emerged from more than a decade of accompanying people through real transitions — in individual and group settings, across cultures and languages, in moments of professional reinvention, loss of direction, and the search for inner authority. Not as a method learned elsewhere, but as a structure that became visible through sustained presence with that experience.
As the process unfolds, a person may begin to recognise their own voice -
not as something to construct, but as something already present.
From there, a different relationship to decision becomes possible:
one no longer dependent on external validation.
A key distinction
There is a difference between:
moving through a transition
and being at the point of transition
One unfolds over time. The other indicates where you are within it.
This distinction matters - because orientation does not come from knowing what to do.
It comes from recognising where you stand.

Three Central Movements
These three movements organise the work — not as a progression to follow, but as a structure through which experience becomes more legible.
Recognising the shift
What no longer holds becomes visible
Finding position
Your position becomes clearer
Deciding without guarantees
Movement takes form without external validation
How the work unfolds - 6 weeks
Week 1 — Recognising the shift
Where something no longer holds in the same way
Week 2 — The threshold
Remaining within what no longer holds, at the edge of what is not yet clear
Week 3 — Pausing and integrating
Automatic movement loosens. Experience begins to reorganise
Week 4 — Finding position and deciding
A place to stand becomes clear. Movement becomes possible from there
Week 5 — Integration
Allowing what has emerged to settle, with space for reflection and exchange
Week 6 — Closure
Recognising where you stand, and what can be seen or decided from there
Who this is for
For those who find themselves at a real point of transition:
– when something still functions, but no longer as it did
– when continuing as before carries an increasing internal cost
– when familiar reference points no longer provide orientation
– when direction cannot be borrowed from precedent
Not because something is wrong. Because something is changing at a deeper level.
